We use 3D radiographs, which are faster, safer, and enable us to provide a complete diagnosis.

A 3D radiograph (X-ray) only takes a single scan. Besides being faster and requiring only a fraction of the radiation once required, a 3D X-ray is not flat. This allows a complete visual picture that can be studied at every angle. Requiring only seconds, there is no need for intra-oral sensors in the mouth, making the process simple, painless and fast.

Older X-rays couldn't distinguish between many types of tissue, leading to a potential missed diagnosis. Infections and abnormal anatomy can now be properly visualized and distinguished. Advanced 3D X-ray imaging is much more accurate than the multiple flat layers of traditional X-rays. More details are readily available, including tiny nerves, musculature, structure, infections, pathology and more. This allows the dentist to instantly identify and properly plan dental procedures such as root canals, implants or extractions.

Additionally, bone quality, which is an essential part of oral health, can be more readily assessed using a sophisticated 3D X-ray imaging system. This is important when evaluating the presence of sufficient bone for implant placement, as well as determining the size and location of lesions and breaks. 3D X-ray imaging substantially reducing the risks by reducing the dosage of radiation by up to 98.5%.
